Móstoles, Madrid, 13 July 2026
Master Battery has completed its transformation from a limited liability company (S.L.) to a public limited company (S.A.), following unanimous approval at the company’s Extraordinary and Universal General Meeting held on 11 June 2026.
As part of this corporate restructuring, Master Battery has approved a capital increase of 20 million euros, subscribed in full by its founding shareholders and current owners. The transaction was carried out without bringing in external equity and without resorting to external financing.
The aim of the capital increase is to strengthen the company’s financial position, bring its equity in line with its new status as a large enterprise, and provide it with a solid financial structure to support its plans for growth, consolidation and development.
The new funding will support Master Battery’s expansion into strategic sectors such as defence, security, telecommunications and electricity grids, as well as drive forward projects linked to data centres, electric mobility and advanced energy storage systems.
Against a backdrop in which batteries and energy storage play an essential role in the energy transition and the development of critical infrastructure, Master Battery is strengthening its capacity to provide technological solutions, including BESS systems, for large-scale projects.
With this new corporate and financial structure, the company is consolidating its position to participate as a strategic partner in the major energy and technology infrastructure projects planned for the coming years.
Sustainable values
Master Battery is embarking on this new phase with the same dedication to service, approachability and commitment that have characterised its history since its foundation, whilst upholding its corporate values and its focus on creating sustainable value for all its stakeholders.
The company’s management has expressed its gratitude to customers, suppliers, financial institutions, partners and other organisations that have supported the company throughout its history and contributed to its growth and consolidation.
“We will continue to work with the same dedication to drive our business project forward and successfully tackle the challenges and opportunities in the energy, technology and industrial sectors,” the company states.
The corporate restructuring does not entail any changes to Master Battery’s business activities, organisation, management or commitments; the company retains its legal personality, corporate identity, values and commitment to the development and distribution of energy and storage solutions. At the same time, the capital increase reflects the confidence of the founding partners and current owners in the business project, in its capacity for development and in the growth opportunities offered by the energy storage and critical infrastructure markets.
